This section explains the selection, order, payment and delivery process on the Oxfam Ireland Unwrapped website. In this section you should find answers to all the questions you may have about ordering your gifts, but if you have any questions or experience any difficulties at any point please contact us.

How to select a gift

There are three ways to select a gift to purchase:

• From the menu on the left hand side you can select a gift by category in the Browse Our Gifts section
• Also on the left hand side you can view all the gifts by price and then choose your gifts
• You can also select one of the featured gifts on the homepage

When you have chosen your gift, you should click the button ‘Add to cart’. Your shopping cart will then appear on the right hand side of the screen. If you wish to proceed with the purchase please click on the 'Checkout’ button in your shopping cart.

Ordering from the 'Browse our gifts' pages

The 'Browse our gifts' section is divided into 10 categories. The 31 gifts from this year’s collection can all be found in the categories listed. You can browse through each category and choose which gift or gifts you would like to purchase. If you find a gift that interests you, you can find out more details about it by clicking on the image. When you have picked a gift, click on ‘Add to cart’.

Ordering from the 'View by price' section

The 'View by price' section is divided into four categories. You can browse through the categories and find a gift that suits your budget. If you find a gift that interests you, you can find out more details about it by clicking on the image. When you have picked a gift, click on ‘Add to cart’.

Picked all your gifts? Proceed to pay

Once you have picked all your gifts and added them to your cart you are now ready to go to the checkout. On the right hand side of the page, click on the ’View your entire cart’ link to see what gifts you have chosen or if you wish to proceed directly to checkout click on the ‘Checkout’ button.

At this stage you will see the total amount to pay and you will have the option to remove or add gifts. Once you are happy with your selection click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ tab. Here you will be asked to fill in your own billing details and shipping details if they are different. (All the fields in yellow must be completed for you to progress to the next payment page). Click continue to go to the payments page.

Choosing an e-card

You will receive the option to send your gift as an e-card when you receive a confirmation email for your order. You can just click on the link and type in your message and delivery email address. For more information click on the e-card link at the top of the page.

• Post a completed order form from the Unwrapped catalogue and post it back to us. Request a catalogue
• A selection of 22 gifts is available from your local Oxfam shop
• Lots of independent stockists around the country are selling selected Unwrapped gifts
