How to order your gift
This section explains the selection, order, payment and delivery process on the Oxfam Ireland Unwrapped website. In this section you should find all the answers about ordering your gifts but if you have any questions or experience any difficulties at any point please contact us.
How to select a gift
From the Oxfam Unwrapped homepage there are three ways to select a gift to purchase.
- From the menu on the left hand side you can select a gift by category in the Browse our Gifts section,
- Also on the left hand side you can view all the gifts by price
- You can also select one of the featured gifts on the homepage
When you select a gift to purchase you will automatically be brought in to ‘view your basket’ pages. If you would like to continue shopping and purchase more gifts just click on the ‘continue shopping’ button.
Ordering from the 'Browse our gifts' pages
The 'Browse our gifts' section is divided in to 7 categories. The 25 gifts from this year’s collection can all be found in the first three categories listed. Go through each category and choose which gift or gifts you would like to purchase. If you find a gift that interests you, you can find out more details about it by clicking on the image. When you have picked a gift, click on the ‘add to basket’ button. Prices are listed in euro and sterling so you should choose the currency suitable to you.
Ordering from the 'View by price' section
The 'View by price' section is divided into four categories. Browse through the categories and find a gift that suits your budget. If you find a gift that interests you, you can find out more details about it by clicking on the image. When you have decided on a gift, click on the ‘add to basket’ button. Prices are listed in euro and sterling so you should choose the currency suitable to you.
Picked all your gifts? How to pay
Once you have picked all your gifts and added them to your basket you are now ready to view your basket and go to the checkout.
Click on the 'view your basket' tab to see what gifts you have chosen. At this stage you will see the total amount to pay and you will have the option to remove any of your gifts. Once you are happy with your selection click the ‘go to payments’ tab. Here you will be asked to fill in your own billing details and shipping details if they are different. (All the fields in yellow must be completed for you to progress to the next payment page). Click continue to go to the payments page.
Adding your ‘Little Extras’
At the bottom of each gift page you will find a link to ‘Little Extras’. Choose the gifts you would like to add and they will be added to your shopping basket.
Choosing an e-card
To send an e-card now, before your gift card and magnet arrive, go to the e-card link on the home page or on the left hand side of any page, under 'Browse our gifts'. Choose the e-card for the gift you have bought and fill in the details as requested. Your e-card will be sent automatically.
Other ways to buy a gift
You can also order your gifts in the following way;
- By phone on 0800 0 30 40 55 (NI) 1850 30 40 55 (ROI)
- By post: fill in the order form at the back of the catalogue ('Request a catalogue' on left hand side) and post it back to us. Request a catalogue.
- You can buy a selection of gifts from your local Oxfam shop.
